Thanks Syl. I think the body didn't turn out quite the way i wanted it too, but I am still pretty pleased with it though, i wnated the metallic burgandy a tad more faded in.
|
Wow!
This truck turned out to be much prettier than it ever was. Did you run it yet? |
Nice Work
|
Newe, i think the body looks alright, just put some monster stickers on there! :)
|
Yep i agree, looking good! and super nice body!
|
Cap'n-thanks, yes I ran it, it runs like a dream! I cannot believe the difference the racer x makes! I really like the set backs, it seems to really put the power down along with the slipperential! It won't even bring the tires up off the ground, it sticks like glue!
GM360-took some time, some work, thanks! Syl-Yeah, I have the stickers, jsut have not put them on yet :P Mike L-thanks man! Some mistakes in it, but you can't see them :P Thanks guys! I'll get some pics of it when the body is totally complete and mounted. |
Well how can you say the racer x is the big improvement.
You changed arms as well as went to the slipperntial. You also made the truck longer as well. All that together makes a difference in the way a truck handles. |
It's an impressive truck! makes me want to sell my FLM chassis and go G-Maxx!

Yup, the racer-X does help alot. It was made for pure racing.

They both help in different ways.
Newe, Does the slipperential have any unusual feel or behavior to it? Or does it just help keep the truck "glued" to the track? |

Yes, makes sense.
I'd like to drive one with the slipperential and check it out. |
If you are used the maxx kinda just like slow then turn, no worries here, just turn the damn thing and it takes the corners, no prob!
