Temecula, I bet you found the 33 and the 37 at Tower Hobbies. Right? Well, why didn't they stock the 42,47and 55 twists is because they are a direct dealer of Konronik USA and the American site of Kontronik is yet to stock any of the faster twist motors and so as soon as they will stock them, Tower Hobbies will too.

www.modelflight.com.au

Yes I considered the MGM 120 too, but the size is almost the same as that of the BK 9920 which my car can not accommodate unless I mount them to the upper deck.

The MGM is a bit smaller than the 9920, but mounting it in a small car is a challenge for sure. Of course, there is always a away!

It will handle any sort of 1/10 scale brushless motor for sure, but then the size comes into consideration.......it will take me a while befor I decide. Heeeeeeeeeeelp.

I've been squeezing my mind for the last couple of days to decide which setup to get and this is what I have:
1- Kontronik Twist-55/ Schulze U-Force 75
2- Lehner Basic 5300/ Schulze U-Force 75

The problem I'm facing is not with the ESCs, but with the motor instead. The Basic is incredible as I've heard about it so far. The Kontronik Twist is as good and it has a built in heatsink, but probably becauase it has a smaller rotor and not as torqy as the Basic so it was crucial I guess or maybe not. The design of the Twist if you ask me is much better and the -55 provides higher revs than the Basic 5300, but if we look into the popularity of each one, then I guess the Basic 5300 would win easily.
I've no doubt decided to get the U-Force 75, but I have not decided yet wether I want the -55 or the 5300. Help...anyone:P:

Those of you who have tried out the Basic 5300 how fast is the motor compared to a 9-8T brushed motor?
