i am a little worried now... i only ordered 1 1520 but i have a feeling that castle wont be able to get the orders right... if they are wrong, do we have to cover postage or do we get reimbursed by castle?

I'm pretty sure they will take care of the postage for you, just contact them before sending it.
Wow this is quite a mess, Dena and Christy are going to need a vacation after this! I have 2/3 orders now and so far they were right. I'm worried about the third since I didn't get an invoice and customs said it's 5 motors but the order was for 6. I'll find out when it comes tomorrow. My first one was wrong but they caught it in time because I saw the incorrect invoice. |
Just let them know either by calling or email and they will send you a shipping label to send the wrong one back free of charges. Also today they are going through all the boxes and verifying that the description in the box matches the motor. They are pulling out guys to get this mixed up resolve as they are both affecting them as much as the end users.

Oh dear...
I just took a look at the invoice attached to the mail. It says "MOTOR, BRUSHLESS AIR, 1717-1500KV", but I definately ordered the CAR-Version, says so in the first order confirmation as well. The reference order# is 2142-3047-2994. Hope your able to catch the packet before it leaves your facility. |
