Could be a Brushless 4tec. Rumor going around that they have been working on a new Monster Buggy

Lots of reading to do today! Well I'm putting my 2c in and saying it's not a 1/16 revo! Remember that the slayer is based off a 2.5 revo which is smaller than the 3.3 which is a little smaller than the E-REVO. It may just be a E-Slayer and they kept the same dimmensions instead of redesigning a brand new body. Then if you throw on some stampede talons, and some revo style bumpers it may be a 1/10 or 1/12. I'm putting the E-REVO as 1/8 as it's the same size as a 1/8 truggy.

As for Tempted thinking that this will be the doom of CC I think the opposite. First the motors are already being built in China anyways because they're factory here can't handle them, so basically they are being outsourced from the begining! This could mean that we will have to wait a bit longer when sending in for repairs as I think many noobs will buy it and destroy it! I think that these 2 companys doing a joint venture like this is great, similar to Losi and Spektrum.

Also I'm sure that this is why the combos haven't been released yet! They had tto build enough for Traxxas first before releasing to us!

That motor was made by Feigao for Traxxas. It's not just a rebadge, because if it were then you'd be able to buy it under a different name.

It's not just an E-Slayer, it is 1/16th scale...check out this pic and read the text on the info card:

Ok you got me there! I didn't go to any of the links and that wasn't shown in the original photo in this thread. I'm still gonna say that they are Stampede talons and not a whole new size tire though so it may match up better size wise as a 1/12 scale. Traxxas calls the E-REVO 1/10, yet they call a Stampede 1/10 as well! I bet its pretty close in size to a crt.5. Looks pretty cool but I can't see owning 2 of the same vehicle just on different scales.

DRIFT_BUGGY 10.16.2008 10:27 PM

I can't see why that is more exciting than the E-REVO Brushless. The E-REVO brushless would have to be the most exciting thing to ever come out of Traxxas

I could be wrong but isn't it just a 7L with a screw on end bell?

Looks like a Traxxas Rustler to me. No clue about that chassis.

Edit- Maybe Slash. But its definately a Traxxas product with the Titan motor and Traxxas high current plug. Now I'm thinking Slash.

I find this intriguing.
