Good, so who is your reflow soldering QC engineer? You should have a good talk to him.
I inspected two V2s and found A LOT of small solder balls ALL OVER THE PCB BOARD:whip:, some even locate between IC pins:surprised:. The solder balls are held in place by either the solder resin or the protective film later applied on the board after soldering.
