Different.

On one of mine I just took the dremel and removed a few thousanths of an inch off the case where the idler shaft bearing sits. Everything rolls like a charm. I have the RC4WD aluminum tranny 1st & 2nd gears in it as well.

Itīs not quite finished yet
It took me 5― hours to weld this one

But I spend 2― weeks researching and drawing
before I started cutting and welding

I think with a little more time and more tubing this thing is gonna look okay

What do you think ?

Ooh can you see witch 1:1 foff my Wraath is based on ?

SnoopMaxx 05.12.2009 04:45 PM

I made a Racing seat for my Foff

Nice cage Snoop!

Looks like you used cored wire, with skills like that you need a TIG

Kcaz25 05.13.2009 11:37 PM

Looking great Snoop! How does the cage attach?

SnoopMaxx 05.14.2009 01:16 AM

Yes I use a no gas cored wire welder
I have used TIG welders at work for years but I donīt have one a home

I donīt know how the cage attaches yet
maybe a bracket from the bulkhead to the cage and in the side as well :oh:

I got my 775 Titan motor today along with a couple of pinions and a bunch of different springs :yipi:

SnoopMaxx 05.25.2009 02:12 AM

Here's my E-Maxx with the 775 motor
Loads of torque but a little slower ;)
I use a 15T/52T gearing in this video

E-Maxx 3906 with Titan 775

I will test it with a 17T pinion later today :)

The Shock tower is starting to bend with just the 2 shocks
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...e/HPIM2654.jpg

I modified my beadlock wheels with counter sunk TX wood screws in stead of hex screws
They are much easier to work with

Hefty old motor that, shifts the truck pretty damn well. I too have always thought of children as great targets/ obstacles... :mdr:

SnoopMaxx 05.26.2009 02:18 PM

That's a NEW 775 motor

Here is Part 2 With the 17T Mod1 gearing
I think It's very stable with the motor centered in the back
