The turnbuckles attach on top of the linkage and on the bottom of the knuckles. It sounds like you have them under the linkage?

not to mention if your turnbuckles are in the wrong spot top when supposed to be on bottom or visa versa, it will change your suspension geometry and will make your toe in or out change as it goes up and down and mike bind....
i have my turnbuckles on top of the knuckle cause they hit the shock if i put them at the bottom
Do you have a pic of it on the truck basketti?
sorry i dont have a digi camera here.
I almost got it . I think all I need to do is change the servo arm.
What were you doing wrong before? yep you need a solid servo arm, not one with a spring in it. Glad you got it sorted :)
Hey, the UE servo saver...well, does it come with a metal servo saver?!
You might need to put the servo on the other side if this doesn't give you enough room.
Metal servo saver? You mean the horn on the servo Captain? that came with the hitec servo (in blue, my guess is that Papa removed the anodize) |
Yep... EAsy-Off oven cleaner, and a tooth brush.:D
I would change the steering linkage though.
What would be a good arm aluminum, plastic, what brand????
Oh, I was just putting it on every way but the right way :C: PAPA's picture helped alot because I could see the bar that barely clears the drive cup and hybrid case. Thanks Papa! |
