I prefer the UE shocks, due to the ability to run 4 on the truck(weight savings). They are also very reliable and durable. I should be stocking them soon!

*slightly off topic*

Mike, do you/will you/could you get any of the pro-line servo savers? My stock servo saver and bellcrank ins't holding up too well agaianst a beasting from brushless. I'm looking at the blue bird 630-MG servo with the pro-line servo saver/bellcrank. Would be nice if I could get the servo and servo saver from the same place, cheers....

Unfortunately, Proline no longer makes the servo savers! I picked up the last one my distributor had a couple months ago for another customer. If they made them, I would carry them. I should have the UE servo savers available soon., though (a bit more expensive, but top quality).

maxxdude1234 06.24.2005 06:19 PM

dang! Wot price will you be stocking the ue servo savers for?

squeeforever 06.24.2005 08:04 PM

so mike, are the gpms any good?

RC-Monster Mike 06.25.2005 09:00 AM

Ther price will be similar to the listed prices on the UE website.
I haven't seen/used the gpm unit, Squeeforever.

I cant wait till you stock those UE shocks, they will do much better on my streetmaxx than my 4 integy shocks.

Serum 06.25.2005 06:10 PM

Squee; The GPM is not a saver, it's just aluminum..

squeeforever 06.25.2005 09:46 PM

??? i was wondering about the gpm shocks. http://www.hobbyetc.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?part_id=1231

Serum 06.26.2005 05:53 AM

That's what you get when you go offtopic.. :)

Check that price.. 60 bucks/2 pcs.. You nearly got the UE shocks (4 pcs) for that money.. I would not put my money on that shocks..

squeeforever 06.26.2005 01:27 PM

serum, the topic is shocks....

Serum 06.26.2005 02:05 PM

yes?

maxxdude mentioned the servo saver, and you started about the gpm's. that's what i thought i answered, and like i said, that is what you get when you go offtopic.

Those gpm SHOCKS are wothless if you compare them in price and quality to the UE shocks. (which is ontopic as well, and answering your question too)

squeeforever 06.26.2005 02:50 PM

so which would be the best? integy msr5s, prolines, or ue? im only gonna use 4

Serum 06.26.2005 02:59 PM

UE's No doubt.

coolhandcountry 07.29.2005 09:13 PM

On the proline shocks only one has spring. On a heavy truck would that push the truck up?
