I could have sworn I seen it for $59, but now the price is $95 bucks. They must have forgotten to add Obama's cut! |
The weight is interesting, but I am afraid that the bearing aren't as big as the bearing on the NEU/Castle motors ... Keep us posted !

my experience with my Leopard:
so my mr3680 died, and I got the 4074-2000. the rotor has kind of an plastik coating, or glue, supposed to protect the kevlar/carbon-fibre http://i53.tinypic.com/14ltrbr.jpg Measurements of the rotor is 49mm, the magnets about 41mm, and has little axial clearance, don't know if I keep it like that or not. on the back, there's a little space, but I think that's ok: http://i56.tinypic.com/6pq44p.jpg overall quality looks good so far. didn't get hot on 5s, great. good power, but different to the losi xcelorin 1700kv and the mr 3680-1600. Those have more torque at low revs. good buy so far! |
I'm afraid to try a leopard because it may not play well with my Rhino and Buffalo.
|
why?? these motors aren't bad at all, and for sure have less amp draw then kd's and other turning toasters of death. the efficiency seems good.
|
sorry, a lame attempt at a joke about all the wild animal names we have for batteries and products.
