Either truck is good, although I'd pick the Revo since I am used to it and it's just too cool. :) IMO, each can be made to perform very well, but I think it would be cheaper to get the Revo to a point where it is an ultimate racer.

I agree completely on both accounts. I have seen UE maxx's runs with and outrun revos so they can be the best. It comes down to a number of details including 1) how much do you want to spend (revo is more affordable) 2) how well can you drive ( a great truck in a beginner's hands will still be slow) 3) what do you want to do with it? etc.

It really all melts down to preferance, IMO a revo with RD Racing parts, 1/8 scale diffs, and a center diff will be pretty darn close to a Supermaxx, but of course wont be AS blingy :)

If the revo is so good. Why does mike race the gmaxx?
Not saying the revo is not good. People act like the emaxx is crap some times.
I think both are nice. It takes some setup to get them both right.
Maybe less money for revo but both can whoop tail.

Nothing against the maxx, i just like on-board suspension, is all. Still if i were to choose over a supermaxx or a hopped up revo, i dont know if i would make up my mind!

Absolutely! The REVO is the best truck "out of the box" but a highly modified Maxx can/will/does kick ass. On a track with brushless, Gmaxx chassis, and UE Racer-X suspension & VBS/8spyder diffs.............

VERY tought to beat. There have been a number of 1/8 buggy owners crying in there beer after getting spanked by that combo!

What parts if any need to be replaced on the revo when racing and mild bashing is there any parts that seem to always find there way breaking. Or are there some parts that need to b replaced to give notable better performance with a small part (for example like steering parts). (BTW I am talking about the E-Revo Kit from RC monster priced at $595)
