Well guys I got lucky today at the toledo rc show and won the free giveaway for a mamba monster ESC! Joe Ford personally handed it to me! Looks AWESOME!! It has 6.5mm board mounted female plugs designed by Neu, built in fan that you can easily replace. It just plugs into the board. Designed to run the Neu motors and 6S warrantied! :surprised: Here's some teaser pics. for ya! :)

Man, it looks like that esc has been handled more that some of my women! The label needs some more glue!

In need of a new esc for my revo, Novak setup puked on me and IDK what it is. I may just have to wait a little longer and see if this becomes available, even a pre-sale order option would be nice.

Well it is about time to see and hear something. I have been amazed how quiet it has been on here with everyone waiting for the MMM. It looks nice, but how does it handle? It is nice that you were the lucky one to get the first one outside of CC, but we really need to know how well it works in one of your toys. 6S sounds good as well. Things are looking very good for all of us with the MMM and the Tekin pro1MT arriving this year. It is nice to see some hype back on here for the coming weeks. Congratulations on winning the MMM. Way to go Man.

I know this, sadly though I'm a pessimist so I need proof that he actually got to walk away from the trade fair with the MMM. I would of thought there would be a bit more of a marketing spin on an MMM give away too.

Easy way to prove it. Take a photo of it with today's newspaper. If it's really yours you can do this, if not, well...

IMO, the give-away is close enough to the reported release date to be believeable. If you did get one: do some testing and report the results! Pictures of the naked PCB and FET part number would be nice too. If this is a hoax: shame on you! :smile:

A picture with today's newspaper does not prove anything IMO since Photoshop can do wonderful things. I would only fully believe a picture if it was notarized.

just a photo of it somewhere that is easily recognizable as outside of the trade show would be enough. Like your kitchen or living room or garage or driveway, etc...

Actually a little honesty would be great among the level of people you have here talking about your aleged winnings. If I had this MMM in hand right now considering the circumstances I would be installing it in one of my trucks and sharing my excitement with everyone with specs and my reaction of its operation. Including videos if that is possible. So the silence of the person claiming to have this seems to be a bit too quiet to me. What are you waiting for Man. Get that dammed thing rolling and share your toys with the rest of us.:lol:

When I first saw the post my first thought was it was BS, I was thinking that the hand in picture could be anybody's and the guys at the booth was just letting him snap a photo, but I am more concerned about the rose bush I planted yesterday....after all It did cost me $18.....:lol:

I do have to agree that this may not be true. All the pics are from the trade. Another point is if i had won this bad boy i would already have had it on a vehicle for testing and videos with specs on it performed. Have not heard anything on the matter since the initial post of the pics.

if I had won it I would have put it up on Ebay, I remember last Xmas there was a Guitar Hero game for the Wii and it went for thousands...there is always at least one person out there who will want it bad enough and money is no object, and you will eventually get one down the road
