I really want to thank all of you for this dialogue. I appologize if I have offended anyone. That was never my goal. I truely am seeking a common ground where we can all stand.

Lutach, your love for your precious daughter has been the catalyst for a passionate exchange about some things that really do matter. That seems to be how it works. We get sane when tragedy happens. 911 was a profound illustration of this. Remember how people dropped everything to help in anyway they could. So sad and so inspiring. I have never felt the collective consciousness of love and compassion so powerfully. I have never felt such a longing to help and yet felt so helpless. And I have never been so proud to be an American.

The video of your daughter's beaming smile really pulled at my heartstrings - so much joy on her face. You must be a special man. I am somewhat of an activist. I know this is not the time or place but, I felt compelled to speak. Children are our future. I want to do what I can to leave this world a better place for them.

And thanks for all of your votes!

People who are opressed will allways look to the good guys for help. They are desperate and if help dosn't come who is at fault but the good guys?

Luatch, I am so happy for you. So many people (especially well off Americans) claim to be happy, but so few KNOW JOY, you have a lovely little girl, she brings JOY to your home (autism or not) you are blessed, not with health, but with prosperity. Not with money but with something far more valuable.

I have prayed (not just thought) for you, your house, and your family.

For everyone who asks recieves, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread will give him a stone? Or if he asks him for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
Christ Jesus, my lord and savior.
Matthew 7:8-11 New King James Version

God bless you (in the most literal sense of the word) Take your little girl in your arms, thank God for who she is, thank Him for His gift to you. Then if you want, take her to a few believers and have them pray for her healing, then trust that God loves you (remeber the joy she brings to you).

Forgive the doctor, the man who created the vacine, the government that pushed it, and the business who profited from it. You can persue keeping this from happening to another family, out of love for those you do not know, but bitterness or hate will darken your door and seperate you from Him.

Talk to Him, be honest. Yell, cry, plead, ask why if you need to. He has feelings too, how does He feel when he sees you, when you are looking with love at your little girl? Listen intently and you will get an awnser.

All I want is answers. What really caused it since she had nothing wrong from day one (Happiest day of my life for sure. I was running like a mad guy in the hospital) to around 1 year or so. I just need the truth. Thank you for your support. She is my number #1 for sure.

It is a tough road for sure, specially for me being a single father. Our kids are very lucky to have us as a parent. My daughter makes my day everytime she gives me that beautiful smile. Hopefully we can get a straight answer of what causes Autism or any other Learning Disorder. Thank you for sharing with us.

Lutach--- My heart aches for you. As many here know I had my first born son 8 months ago. He is my life. I can’t think of a life without him. Every day gets better. I really don’t understand fully how you feel. Most of us don’t. Only those that have walked along side you or down the same path. The thing we all have to remember is that God placed us on that path for a reason. It might take years or even decades to figure out what Gods reason is but he has one. My wife and I needed doctor’s assistance to have my son. He came to us at a great cost. About 4 months into our pregnancy there were some complications. I took my wife to a small town emergency room. The doctor there made some stupid mistakes and misjudgment calls. I can’t thank the nursing staff enough for their judgment call and for standing up to that doctor. He almost took my son before he was born. The anger I felt toward him was so intense. He is the only person I have wanted to take off this earth. My anger was so bad I was blinded to what he was doing. In his defense he was doing what I was paying him to do. That was make a judgment call based on his expertise. I am still repenting to this day for how I felt. Anger as you know is not the solution. Keep your chin up. As you read though all this we are here for you when you need us. Unity is what’s needed. That’s also the answer to many of the world problems today. Not just in America but all around the world people think they have the right answer and to hell with what others think. Unity would change that. Every strong nation in this world’s history had one thing in common. They stood for a common goal as a whole. Everything they did worked toward that goal and they did it as one. Every nation to ever be destroyed was destroyed because of division. They all wanted something else. They go different ways. We on this forum have common goals. We are all here for each other. I can only speak for my self but I bet other feel the same as me. If there is ever anything I can do to help you don’t hesitate to ask. I have sent out a link to this thread to many of my relatives and friends. It’s not much but it’s a start. Keep your chin up. You’re in our prayers!!!

I feel you man. I wish you all my best with your family. It is a strong bond when a young one comes along. I know this for a fact. When my daughter was 2 her mother basically without my authorization went to PA with my daughter. Crazy things came into my head man, you can't imagine. At the airport right before they went through the metal detectors I cried like a baby. I actually made everyone around me cry. I myself can't watch a grown men cry. The 2 person who helped my daughter's mother heard me loud and clear when I told them to get the F out my way before I kill you. I'm a cool guy, but that was something I almost couldn't handle. I went to the parking garage sat in my car crying none stop for a couple of hours. When I was finally able to get home, I went into the bed room and came out 3 days later as a new man. Something clicked and I knew everything was going to be ok. A few months later my daughter and her mom came back to FL and we were ok. My daughter's mom though wanted to go her way so she dropped my daughter at my house and told me she couldn't take care of her anymore. Funny thing is my daughter was basically only sleeping at her mom's house and I drove about 100 miles a day to take my daughter to day care and to my house and back to her mom's house at night. I took my daughter and that's when her mom was basically seeing her one a month. The it was once every 2 months. I got full custody of my daughter after her mom told her grandma that I wasn't a good father. That again drove me a little crazy, but I contacted my lawyer and in only 2 months full custody. Now I'm in NJ where they have a great school program and I'm liking it a lot. I'm really glad I'm here with all of you though. I truly consider you all part of my family.

www.vaccineinfo.net

Lots of good information there.

Here in Illinois, we cannot opt out of vaccines for conviction related to medical risk. We have to opt out for religious reasons. Though we do have religious reasons to opt out, I honestly must say our issues with vaccinations are more related to practical problems more than religious.

Our oldest (daughter) has full vaccines. She has been somewhat sickly and undergrown (various minor medical issues related to typical vaccine side effects). Out middle child has had a few vaccines, but not all. He is healthier than our daughter. Our last child has no vaccines and is healthy as an ox.

Hmm, is that purely coincidental? I highly doubt it.

Very good info Matt. Wow, they want to recall 50 vaccines that uses Thimerosal as a preservative and the FDA has ignored it. I read something in FDA's website that they had banned Thimerosal, but I guess they didn't. Thank you for the info.

chilledoutuk 11.22.2007 01:13 PM

I am surprised that Thimerosal is still being used in the usa whilst the rest of the civilised world has banned it.

However i wonder how certain are you that the vacine caused this disorder ie diagnosing someone with autism before the age of 18 months with autism is notoriously difficult.

What is really needed is a test that proves that the autism was caused by the Thimerosal as opposed to ocuring naturally.

what people fail to realise is that the reason these diseases are no longer a threat is because of the imunisation of the general public to them.
As soon as the general population stops taking the vaccinations risks of widespread outbreaks become a real danger and will kill many children.

You only have to look to countries like africa to realise how dangerous diseases such as tuberculosis are to a large population.

Well, my daughter after taking one of the booster shot started having high fever. I read in other sites that other children had same results. It was really strange because before she was really health and not getting sick at all. We will get some answer one day. I'm very glad you came here though. One thing I have to say, is that there are many vaccines in the US that I have no clue what they are for. In Brasil we get shots for the major diseases and paralysis, but that is it.

While you're right in saying there's no way to prove it right now - it's a pretty good area for investigation based on the correlation of Autism cases increasing so steadily in direct relation to vaccinations.

It is not totally correct to say that vaccines stopping would kill a bunch of children. The biggest reason these diseases are not around anymore is largely due to sanitation. The countries you mention have serious problems with sewage or other issues of cleanliness. However, I can't deny that vaccines did help dramatically reduce diseases. Vaccines are not totally bad - don't get me wrong. I just feel they're not always used in their proper application and that there's too many of them. That's all I'm trying to say.

Yes, vaccines do help, but there are just too many in the USA. Some are not even to protect against those diseases. You are correct about sanitation and yes some countries have awful sanitation problems.

chilledoutuk 11.22.2007 06:31 PM

sadly since the vast majority of the population takes a vaccine it becomes impossible to statistically link it to certain side affects.

for example if 50% of the population took a vaccine and they had dramatically more cases of autism than the other 50% then you could say that there is a clear link between autism and the vacinations.

but when there is no decent volume of people for a comparison you could link the vaccinations with almost anything.

for example you could argue that there is a link between vaccinations and psychosis as most of the people with psycosis had vaccinations then some people could say there is a clear link.

i Think that genetics plays a big part in the development of autism as has been shown in twin studies:

Quote:

One study showed that the likelihood that the identical twin of an autistic child also would be autistic was 82 percent, whereas the equivalent rate for fraternal twins was only 10 percent.

With sophisticated statistical techniques and numerous twin studies, behavioral geneticists now believe that as much as 90 percent of the behavioral phenotype of autism is related to inherited genes.

Such a high genetic contribution appears to be the exception rather than the rule when considering complex behaviors. This is probably because a relatively small number of genes may be involved in autism (but certainly more than one), whereas other behaviors may be influenced by many genes.

Before the 1980s there were not so many cases of Autism. After they actually started introducing new vaccines, that's when it got out of hand. Like I said before, people in Brasil don't really know what Autism is. It took a while for me to explain to my family, friends and clients. If I were to go back to Brasil, I would actually have to move from my home town to Rio De Janeiro. In post #27 it actually proves that the vaccine had something to do: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...3&postcount=27 and if the vaccine given is to blame, then the US will have to explain to a lot of people what went wrong. How many cases of Autism are reported in the UK? I now know Sweden is 4-5 a year http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...5&postcount=23.

Well, actually if you look at Amish communities - they have never had Autism. They don't vaccinate either. Interesting coincidence? Maybe but sure raises my eyebrows.

As a loving father of five, I can appreciate the bond you have with your daughter, Lutach. She is a gorgeous girl.

I also appreciate the awareness brought into this thread. It has strengthened my resolve to research every proposed treatment for my children.

Can the political bashing and/or discussion please be saved for an appropriate site, such as politicsfirst?

As you may know, politics might be involved in this as well. We have seen folks in here who home school their beautiful kids, because they can't go to school without all the vaccines given to them. I know a few people who are connected with politics and I will bring some good points from here to their attention.

BTW, have you moved to Dubai, yet, or do you have other plans?

Thank you Captain. I have to admit, I'm a little over protective though LOL. A few people told me when the kids reach 10-12yrs old, they seem to calm down a bit and the signs of Autism kind of goes away. I really like the school she is in right now and Dubai will have to wait a few years. Dubai is a beautiful place. I still have to check the school system there to see if they have a special class that work with Autistic kids.

Now I've sent A-CHAMP, News channels and talk shows a few e-mails to this thread mainly because it has a lot of information and some member(s) and member's friends that are dealing with this situation. I also saw and recorded a segment on Head Line News and they said there will be more info on the Larry King Show. Please watch the Larry King Show tonight.

This is a nice video from the Larry King Show:

http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/bes...utism.long.cnn

At 7:12 into the video Doug says something that I'm not sure if it makes sense. All I know you can't be born with Autism and it doesn't pass down from parents. Nobody in my family had Autism and before my daughter was diagnosed with it, my family in Brasil had no clue what it was. I'm sorry if I keep bringing this up here.
