would these work as they don't have any of the kyoshos in stock:

they are apparently both p6 o rings so should be the same according to the modelshop???

It's hard to say. The Losi ones which cause leaking look just the same as the Kyosho ones. The inner diameter for both is 6mm. Those in the link will definately fit, so I guess they are worth trying.
