I don't know Swedish so I couldn't read anything, but I went through your build thread on the Swedish forum you linked and looked through all of the pictures, and this is probably the coolest Savage I have ever seen. Awesome build man! :great:

I designed and made drawings for a Center diff housing, but the workshop took too long time, and patience is not my strongest side.
I started thinking of a design that I could do by my self, and my friend "carbon fiber" helped me out: 2 pieces of 8mm thick home made carbon fiber was cut, drilled and grinded into something that could possibly work http://rsb.se/gallery/files/1/5/3/dsc_0107_664318.jpg |

The complete diff assembly, the diff housing will be changed at a later stage in the project.

This Kyosho mp 7.5 center diff is very nice ;) ;) ;)

Well, the only part that is Kyosho in that diff is the plastic housing and the screws... (and those have been replaced as well since the image was shot) In the finished truck all old parts has been replaced or upgraded, except for the servo saver. Putting a center diff in the Savage makes the rest of the drive train hold up pretty well, I had to do this modification already with 6s and the Lehner 2230 - the 2 and 3 speed gear boxes never lasted a full run. |
But the Kyosho diff is very strong too, ;) I have one in my Mamba Monstered Inferno VE and hold very well the amount of torque ;):yipi:
