I acctually found them for $1130 on a ebay store. But my LBS said they could sell me a set for $1200. The advantage of buying from my LBS is support if there is a problem, versus getting them from a ebay store.

That looks great. But you should NEVER clamp your Carbon fiber Frame by the Frame. You should always clamp it by the Seatpost. I rode 25 miles on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday for a Total of 75 miles, plus i rode 10 miles tonight on my Rollers.

oh come on... u know me better than that.

Its not clamped... just sitting on it.

I went for a ride with my dad and brother yesterday. We did 40km (25mile). It felt great. I was surprised I faired better than my brother. He owns a bike so has been riding more than me lately. I've been once in the past year. Dad on the other hand, I think he was getting sick of waiting for us

I'm glad i decided not to get the Lemond bike. I got the deal of a lifetime on this 2009 Trek Madone 6.9 red pro. The bike is brand new. This is also the actual bike that Trek used in the 2009 dealer catalog. The only thing that was changed from the catalog is they replaced the $2000 Carbon fiber wheels, with a high end spoked wheel, with Bladed spokes. It also has the Team ASTANA logo on the bike. For those of you that are into cycling, you know who i'm talking about. It has the Top of the line Sram Red gruppo & a Fizik arione seat with Titanium rails. Ity also has clipless pedals, which are based on Ski bindings With out the bags it weighs 16#'s, with the bags it weighs 17#'s. The Frame, forks seat post are OCLV Carbon fiber, which is Proprietary to Trek. The crank arms are Carbon fiber as well. The color's are pearl white, two different shades of pearl or metallic pink. It looks totally bad ass in the sun.

let me get this straight- you're going to stand there all straight faced and tell us you bought a pink bicycle. AND expect us not to riddle you with gay jokes. Is that what is happening here:neutral: You are a brave man hippie, secure in your sexuality:na:
