Looking sexy metal!
am i right? does the motor uses flexible silicone wire?! |
Yes, the motor uses real 12g wires! How sweet is that?
that's sexy..!
No more worries about bending those copper wires too much.. |
It is very nice for sure! I almost ran into a problem with the wires on the motor in my Dark Impact because of the chassis design, but I was able to push the motor in, and the flexible wires let me do it!

Spare parts? Tamiya USA:
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/rcp...s&kit_id=58370 http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/rcp...chassis_id=A77 I've done two orders through Tamiya USA. They are located within an hour driving distance of me, so it's pretty conveniant. There's also Ebay, which is most likely where I'll be ordering my next parts from: http://toys.search.ebay.com/df-03-df...tQ29QQsbrsrtZl Make sure to also look in the Ebay stores, there's some really good stuff there, including A LOT of hopups. |

It's lots of fun! My (now) bald tires can't keep traction, even though it's 4wd!
That is good but bad. I like the sounds of it having power.
Also depends on what surface hes running it on, if its concrete then no wonder they are bald
Yeah, concrete and asphault. But even on those surfaces I can't get ANY traction. Oh well :).
My track will not allow it to run because they want a limit on it for the 5800 systems, oh well looks like it might go in my pro3 HPI for a while
It came in today, i'm going to spend today reading about it, then its on tomorrow. When i downloaded the software it said it had an update, should i update, or will it mess up the programming?
