In the past, some of my emails too had been filtered or otherwise lost when sent just to the RCM address. Try the two addresses below:

The Gmail one is the main one he uses. Try that one.

Well I sent the ESC to him a bit more than a month ago and exchanged a few E-mails with him. He says it should be fixable for a lot less than the cost of a new one, but he hasn't been able to get it to do anything so far. I E-mailed him a couple days ago to check up on the progress, but he hasn't e-mailed back yet. I'm pretty sure it'll have to be sent to BK for repair, but Mike may yet pull something out of his hat. I'm hoping it won't cost more than $100:013:.
Do you think I should re-e-mail him or give him a few more days? Does anyone know if there is a big event going on that he would be too busy to reply?

He'll probably get back to you the 13th or 14th would be my guess.
