Wow, well if you can actually get that much money out of somebody then go for the chassis.

Shadow350Z 07.26.2005 10:22 PM

Sneeck 07.27.2005 04:53 AM

Aren't those pin's for your wheel adaptor?

Shadow350Z 07.27.2005 12:53 PM

nope the pins are silver not black and they are longer than those black ones

squeeforever 07.27.2005 01:48 PM

the black ones are for your wheel adapters the silver ones are for the joint in the cvd.

Shadow350Z 07.27.2005 02:06 PM

so it goes in the hole in the axle to put your hex on??

squeeforever 07.28.2005 04:07 PM

yes

Shadow350Z 07.30.2005 11:49 PM

uhh
i wanna get these...
Fat Boy Motor Mount Lunsford
will they fit the HV maxx??
cuz the ones that came with the HV are already stripped i have to use pliers jus to take it off
are these longer and will it damage the HV motor??
titanium is stronger right? and wont strip?

Serum 07.31.2005 04:57 AM

Just take a close look, if the screws are not too long, it might damage the motor permanent

I just use 10.9 M3 screws to tighten the motor to the plate. And be sure to use a proper key to tighten and loosen it.. Most of the time, those screws get stripped from using the wrong size or poor quality keys.

Shadow350Z 08.09.2005 02:52 AM

if i get deans plugs
which solder should i use??
deans racing solder w/ proflux?(do i still need to get flux by trinity?)
or get novak silver racing solder and trinity flux??

Serum 08.09.2005 01:13 PM

I use silver containing solder for those things..

Shadow350Z 08.09.2005 09:36 PM

deans are silver racing solder w/ proflux
does that mean i dont need to get flux no more??

Re~Mix 08.09.2005 11:34 PM

Nope, you still need flux. Sure you could solder without flux, but then the connections would just fall apart. Seen it first hand.

Shadow350Z 08.10.2005 04:23 AM

so if i still need flux which would be better?
Novak silver racing solder or the deans one?
