I just found out the 22 Series does fit the current mount. I had to open the cut out just a bit to fit the 1521 4MM motor screws through. I will try and mount the 2250 later today or tomorrow the the other mount before I try it to the mount thats in the truck now.

I'm pretty sure the 22 series has a different pattern, but if theres enough adjustment, I guess you could make it fit, given the size of the screw holes are right.

Yes, the pattern is different, but in a way that you can actually have 2 of the hole line up perfectly. I'm such a retard for not noticing this before. There are 9 holes total and if you choose one of them and use the third hole from the one you chose, you end up with a 25MM spacing.

Interesting. I was actually considering making a mount for the KB45 to put in my LSP, but I figure a XL on 6S is more than enough.

You'll get more brownie points for using the KB45 and doing something 'different'....:) would be nice to see how well it performs/holds up etc.

I'm still thinking about it. If it'll fit between the braces, no problem, I'll go that route.

You will need spacers to make it fit.

Even though the motor will sit considerably lower than usually? Its only gonna have a 44T spur.

You can cut the brace like I did or add spacers.

Damn, I don't really wanna do either...The CF isn't strong enough to cut I don't think...It would be in the week area of the braces...

All you have to do is add a 5mm spacer on each side of the brace. It should give enough space for the KB45 and in my case the finned Neu 1521.
