its a really sad day over at overtlab but as much as it pains me....i have little choice but to do this.

things are getting a tad crowded at my work area and new projects require some additional funding...so....

Draggular II goes under the hammer.....

it would be great if you guys could help spread the word?...thanks guys!!!!

coolhandcountry 10.07.2006 09:06 AM

hate to see it go. I know what you mean though. Some times you just got to do it.

CrazyPhantom 10.07.2006 06:52 PM

Time for the next project, let me know if you need any CNC help on the next projects. Sad to see it go.

Thanks,
Joe

sjcrss 10.26.2006 09:12 PM

that was such a nice ride...sorry to see it go....

coolhandcountry 10.27.2006 01:12 PM

Do you have another plan for future?

overtki11 10.28.2006 12:07 AM

hmm...yes i guess i do have some things up my sleeve, but i don't think that these projects will in any way compare to Draggular II.....

currently on my work bench, i'm putting the finishing touches on my kyosho twin force.....and i intend to work on my TXT-1 next....

the twinforce project is just a simple re-location exercise....where the batts go inbetween the frames instead of hanging on the side. but placing the batts inside forces a whole lotta extra work to make the other parts and components fit.....will post pics soon....

as for the TXT-1..thats a whole different ballgame....stay tuned for that one.

Funny thing about this truck is that I have actually held it in my hands. The guy that bought it off Overkill lives in the same area as I do, and he dropped it off to my buddy who managed the hobby shop back in 06. I passed by and he showed it too me. Very cool truck. I did not get to drive it, pity. It was a blast from the past seeing this thread, rc was a huge part of my life back them.
