I need stronger velcro too, dragged my esc along the road the other day in a crash.oops:eek:

I found some with 18psi of shear strength atMcMasters. The radio shack stuff is rated at 4PSI shear strength. If you have never been to the McMasters sight its like a toy store, they have so much "stuff". From Graphite, titanium, and aluminum stock, to high grade steel screws. Check it out.

Yeah!

It's a GREAT site.. I spend a lot of hours on that site.. (even metric sized screws, that you can't get here in Europe are in stock...)

I like their left and right handed collections of screws and taps too!

Nothing wrong with my Revo, it's just that the SuperMaxx with VBS and Racer-X is that good!

What did you get?

Papa 11.07.2005 09:38 PM

UBEC, 3.5mm Plugs, 2 6v fans, Ubec, UE titanium ext center shaft, Gmaxx extension

:o I hate to say it but I already butchered the EXT skid. I drilled some new mount holes for the VBS, and wouldn't you know... HACK:mad: they do not line up. NEXT....

coolhandcountry 11.07.2005 09:57 PM

OH DUDE OUCH! What you want to do that for? You supposed to check twice drill once. It happens though. I guess it is order time again.

Papa 11.07.2005 10:08 PM

Oh well it just a skid. Dunce

Hello RC Monster....IgottaIdunnowhatIamgonnado

RC-Monster Mike 11.08.2005 12:24 AM

LOL. you may have drilled the front skid holes into the g-maxx rear skid(you need to drill the vbs REAR skid holes into the g-maxx skidplate). Just a thought. I just replied to you PM explaining the "how to" of this mod. Wordy, and its late, but I hope I explained it well enough. LMK. :)
