And here is the bracket that will connect the diff-assembly with the top chassie plate and the side plates.

Question, are you dead set on that gear ratio? Or how will you adjust gearing if you have to change pinion?

Here I started to drill holes for the assembly of the machine. I was considering to laminate the trays permanently to the sides, but the assembly/dis-assembly would be difficult, an I stall have not decided on the position..

The assembled Shocks compared to the old 1/5 shocks i used before
(and yes, they are ugly, but gold was so cheap @ amain)
