It could be a matter of a thicker wall around the balls.

Procharged; the 15x8x5 bearings are impossible.. Very true.. the only option i could think of was to either make the holes bigger or get 15X10 bearings and make inserts for them.. (which is a relative weak bearing)

what size are the rollerblade bearings?... the ABEC1, 3, 5, 7

No, they do not support 16mm bearings, only 15mm.

Actually Captain, there are (3) types used in Supermaxx Racer-X and EXT steering knuckles. You neglected to mention the 6mm x 15mm x 5mm bearings. Robin later upgraded the knuckles by enlarging the bearing bore to 16mm thus allowing greater strength (although minimal) and the option to go 8mm x 16mm x 5 mm for the 8mm Supermaxx cvd's. The more significant value of the 6x16x5 bearing is availability and selection in the bearing marketplace.

I thought about upgrading the rpm knuckles to 16.. I think a lathe and a holder would serve a good purpose here.. Or perhaps a simple reamer does the job allready.

Yeah, I neglected it on purpose, since I thought there were no UE knuckles that would accept the the 6x15x5mm bearings. I bought these bearings from Acer Racing in ceramic form. I had to make some 1mm sleeves for them inorder to fit them in the RacerX knuckles.:p

yeah, you posted a pic of those sleeves. No issues with them? they don't pop out?

For better or worse my generation version of Racer-X has 15mm but the rest is equal to the current model. I even have the "High Impact" lower front arms.

They dont pop out at all. Like they were created exclusively for the racer x knuckles.

if they don't use a flanged side, they will go out, unless they are pressed/loctide in place... no way around it.

Yeah, they snug in the holes very tight.

did you need a press to put them in place then?

There is some resistance when you put them inside the knuckles.
Its extremely difficult to take them out once they're in.

Well.. I couldn't get Mike's attention... but The guy at Kershaw's gonna build one out of the dragonplate Carbon FIber for me..... I hope it looks nice... I should be gettin' it in 3 to 4 weeks.... Dragonplate is so beautiful... and so strong....;)
