My estimate would only include people from the forums that I posted it on. From that I'd say between 5 and 10. Hopefully some other people online would want it too.

So, when does it go from the paper stage to prototype stage?

It would take many hundred hours to get it near prototype ready stage. Time and money. Unfortunately I have a shortage of both.
