Just picked a Exploder up a few weeks ago. Needed a trans so I went ahead and swapped it over to a manual trans and threw on some old wheels and tires.

Plans for it at D44/9" full width solid axle swap.

oh oh ohhhooh, man how I wish my Expedition had a manual tranny in it. I feel so gay when I use that overdrive button.

Swap one in. There is nothing to it. Its pretty straight forward and easy.
