I would just get rpm with truetracs in the rear. For the money they are the best. I wouldnt pay that much for 6061 arms for that price you could buy some used racer x 7075 billet UE arms.

do i use Traxxas original Suspension Screw Pin Set with my RPM arms and FLM hybrid? or must ui use some hingepin?

I believe the flm bulks come with hinge pins.

does any brand have a alu trannycase for the new emaxx tranny. the black looks so boring...

the first link is made for buggy and i know they will fit, but are they good enough?
the second link is made for both buggy and truggy but have a 16mm body(to big with spring?).maybe it doesnt matter which i choose?
i will go for RPM arm and have 24 mm space in the arms. and i will use 4 shocks.is it front shocks i buy even if i go for the buggy shocks?
im happy if the first link will work because its much cheaper...

BrianG to the rescue again http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/_shocks.html Personally I would buy a good used set of UE supershock with black and blue springs on the bay for about 1/2 of what your going to pay. Contact billytrucks@msn.com he might have a set and he will ship overseas I believe.Tell him I sent you.

There are a few 3905 alloy tranny cases out there... cant remember the name of the brand but you can find them on ebay, just do a search for '3905 emaxx' and you should locate them easily enough.

I think the UE super shocks/ ofna buggy shocks are on the smaller side, so maybe 16mm diameter? 4 shocks is fine, you will just have to use slightly stiffer springs probably and take some time to tune the suspension to your liking.

Like Rivermaxx said though, it makes much more sense to buy good condition or new assembled shocks from ebay, rather than a kit from towerhobbies that will cost more than twice as much. Save your money & time! :yes:

As Jamara seems to be reseller for most of Europe you might wann try to get those shocks from a local hobby shop: http://neuershop.jamara.com/index.php?a=3190&lang=eng. Those should be the same shocks but are possbily cheaper to get.
But you're most likely to need harder springs than supplied with the kit and thicker oil than what I recommended since that was for 8 shock setups.

i will buy the shocks "JoFreak" linked to. i will use ofna hard springs, is it enough?i read at UEs web that they recommended 60-70wt oil with 4 shocks.
so i think i will use ofna buggy front shocks, hard springs around and 80wt rear and 70wt front. is that good?or is it too stiff?
i will stop ask guestions about shocks soon....just need answer.

I only know UE different colored springs where the blue and black are the stiffest. The lipo batts are pretty heavy so as far as springs your on your own.
