Yeah I agree. I'm actually sometimes surprised we get them as cheap as we do.

I'm very close to buying one of these. I didn't even know about it until earlier this week. Its size puts my Desertboy 17 Savage to shame and weighs only a couple pounds more.

I'd be very interested in a roller since I already have a MMM and 1717 sitting on the shelf. I'd like to see a top speed of 60mph with it, but would mostly bash around doing 40-50mph.

Also, what's the best USA website to buy replacement parts and upgrades?

Too early.

I think it may be a bit early for that kind of support. The vehicles are just coming onto the open market, but within a few months I would say that the company should have parts out in large quanities as long as the initial sales support it.

www.redcatracing.com has almost the entire list of spare parts in stock for it already :)

My mistake

Hey everyone is wrong once in a while. My mistake. I would say that these guys are very serious about marketing this vehicle. Now it really makes sense to buy one.

I gotta disagree. If they really want to be serious about it, then they need to get their parts (and perhaps cars) onto and into mainstream distribution channels. Might not be able to pick up their parts at a hobby shop, but having to always go to redcat to get parts is a no-go for me. If I can pick them up from Stormer, Amain, etc. then I would be willing to give one a go.

I understand completely thzero, I wish they would branch out, at least in the largescale sector. I know DDM, LargescaleRC and a few other places also will be stocking the new Rampages, so you will have more options. I dont have a hobbyshop with an hour drive so I order all my stuff online anyways.

I agree the price is good for a 1/5th scale..I remember in 2000 when I paid $650 for an E-maxx.. and I was happier as sh*t to have it... LOL
