How is the construction of the ofna body? Is it flimsy like traxxas bodies are?
|
I think I have to give it to traxxas over ofna . Both bodies have that flex to them but traxxas seems like it been painted by a machine ofna seems like they threw a quick coat on it and put some stickers but still after trimming around wheels IM happy it fits still needs a touch in some spots but it seems to hold up if I decide to put Wong most def will be aftermarket or traxxas wing ofna wing is flimsy cheap

I have a half of a can of Plastidip spray and after spraying some car emblems i think im going to try it on the inside of the bodies as it seems to hold up and also follows lines and leaves a smooth goodlooking finish . not that it matters what it looks like underneath .
When you hit over 72mph im taking with that hole in the windsheild , did it seem like it wanted to lift ? Also have you seen any other hyper 1/7 bodies anywhere else ? all I know of is the Lambo and Ferrari that ofna makes . |

I would call www.Nitrohouse.com directly. They are the only ones I know of who could get them. OFNA doesn't list the Hyper 1/7 anymore on their site. But Hobao still does: http://www.hobao.com.tw/en/products_...fya1.php?id=90 Far as I can tell, the car is still in production and supported, its just OFNA has chosen to no longer advertise it. Which is probably because they wanted $750 for them and they flopped here. I picked up mine for $300 on RCDeal.com in an auction. |
