Looks great man. Very nice with the proper wheels.

Looks nice, what's the weight on it? My 5b is at 22lbs and that looks like it would be significantly lighter--Josh

thzero 06.18.2010 04:16 PM

Its right about 16.5lbs full loaded (5S 5800 battery).

im using my 2 speed on my electric sav right now that i converted..i just dont if my motor mount will work?its a kershaw design mount.

thzero 06.18.2010 08:03 PM

No idea... the nitro TVPs and the Flux TVPs do not have the same design. You might want to try Kershaw Design's nitro extended 1/5th scale TVPs.

BADBOY2 06.18.2010 08:04 PM

can u pls post a pic of your motor mount??or youre using the flux motor mount too?one reason im thinkin about doin this its because it looks similar to the 5b and i dont want to convert any of my 5b's to electric.

thzero 06.18.2010 09:19 PM

I'm using the flux mount.

What does one of these things weigh all converted and ready to run?

Chadworkz 06.19.2010 02:52 AM

Man, it looks so much better with the right size tires on it (narrower in the front)!

Indeed.

Nice job. It has a great scale look now.

thzero 06.19.2010 11:51 AM

Yeah, I'm surprised with the way it turned out and looks pretty good! Now for just a bigger motor! :)
