I was just wondering whether or not my order left your warehouse already since I didn't receive an e-mail.

You guys are better off emailing or giving a call, you will probably get a faster response too.

Replacement 1717 car version shipped on 9/29/10 including a prepaid mailer to return the air version.

Thanks for checking Thomas, but that's not the right outcome for that order.

2142-2406-2435 hasn't been processed and I haven't received any kind of 1717 (air or car).

My other two orders have arrived and one did require a replacement to be shipped (2142-1258-3760's replacement was shipped out 9/29 and the incorrect motor is on its way back to CC). That order is now good.

2142-1268-7984 is my 3rd order and it arrived perfectly.

No, the standard combo packaged 1/8th motors (1512/1Y 2650kv and 1515/1Y 2200kv) are not on sale.

The 1512/1.5Y 1800kv, 1518/1Y 1800kv and 1717/1Y 1580kv motors are on the sale.

Thanks Thomas. 214224062435 was only for a 1717. As far as I can tell it was never invoiced (no email). I placed this order on the 24th.

This one truly slipped through the cracks. :oops: The reference number is in the web order system, but it was never transferred to QuickBooks. Dena got it entered and it will be invoiced and shipping shortly. Sorry for the mix-up!

Same thing here, slipped through the cracks Dena has them entered and they will ship soon. Luckily we do have some 1520 motors in reserve.

I just got an email from them for my lost order. They asked me to verify it and said it will ship out on the 8th. Good thing they checked with me, they had me down for the Air 1717. Glad it looks to be getting resolved.

Also, I want to reiterate that I am in no way upset with this process. This is what happens when you have one hell of a sale.

However, on BOTH the invoices I just received. They both show Air versions of the 1717. ALL 1717 motors ordered were the CAR versions.

Can you fix this for me please, before they ship? Thanks.

Just to add more to this thread. I ordered my one 1717 and one 1520 when they the clearance on two Fridays ago. Following Monday, I changed my order to 3 1717 car version instead of the previous order but I called it in. I received my 3 1717 and the box say car BL but it was an Air so the excitement from my box went out. I called it in and told them they had mixed up my order and they send me the replacement 3 car version today. I was so happy like a little kid getting new toys, checked it and first two that I open was still air version but the last one was the car version:party: I was pretty happy and I called Castle to let them know the problem. They took care of me, for the other guys who share the same problem with us being pissed off won't resolve any. I really think who ever packed the motors was having a Monday feeling. The price for the motor cannot be beat by anybody out there especially the Quality, R&D and knowledge on our hobbies. It is heartbreaking but we have to understand people sometimes makes mistake but they are willing to correct this so It's All Good. I also deal with customers on a daily basis and when they are mad I tend to work slower with their issues. :yes: Castle Products is the best bang and performance for the money compare to others out there. Thanks.

And shortly after that PM I got an e-mail with my order-confirmation (coincidence? :whistle: ), strangely to my old mail-address that I didn't put in the form during the order processing :neutral:
But as long as I know that my order will definately be shipped eventually, I'm happy.

I have a weird one. Invoice number 119763. I ordered 3 of the 1717 car versions, but I got shipped the air versions instead and the invoice says air not car.

I also ordered 2 of the 1520s. The invoice and the boxes say they are 1520, but they are shorter than the 1518 that I also ordered? They look like the description of the 1512? Update: I did verify its a 1512 in a 1520 box.

The 1518 looks bigger than my Castle 2200 so I think that ones ok. What should I do to get it fixed? Please save 2 1520s for me.

UPdate: I called this morning and Dena is taking care of it. Thanks again.

Hello,

A friend received a wrong package.

He ordered two 1520/1Y 1600Kv, a CM20 9600Kv and a CM4600Kv and received two 1512/1.5Y 1800Kv and the CM20 9600Kv, CM4600Kv.

His order number : #2142-9923-6103

He already sent back the two wrong 1512/1Y motors and contact Thomas Porfert to explain the situation, but we live in France and Castle will probably get the postage next week, so I hope the sales can keep two 1520/1Y for him !

i am a little worried now... i only ordered 1 1520 but i have a feeling that castle wont be able to get the orders right... if they are wrong, do we have to cover postage or do we get reimbursed by castle?

I'm pretty sure they will take care of the postage for you, just contact them before sending it.

Wow this is quite a mess, Dena and Christy are going to need a vacation after this!

I have 2/3 orders now and so far they were right. I'm worried about the third since I didn't get an invoice and customs said it's 5 motors but the order was for 6. I'll find out when it comes tomorrow. My first one was wrong but they caught it in time because I saw the incorrect invoice.

Just let them know either by calling or email and they will send you a shipping label to send the wrong one back free of charges. Also today they are going through all the boxes and verifying that the description in the box matches the motor. They are pulling out guys to get this mixed up resolve as they are both affecting them as much as the end users.

Oh dear...
I just took a look at the invoice attached to the mail.
It says "MOTOR, BRUSHLESS AIR, 1717-1500KV", but I definately ordered the CAR-Version, says so in the first order confirmation as well.
The reference order# is 2142-3047-2994.
Hope your able to catch the packet before it leaves your facility.

Fixed on both. Did 214225173164 have 10 - 1520's and 10 - 1717's? We may have a problem fulfilling the 1520's if that is the case.

Yes.

10 - 1520's
10 - 1717's

It would be ok with me if we changed that to:

10 - CAR 1717's
5 - 1520's
5 - 1518's

Is this do-able?
