EEK!... haha.. I'm not worried..
I really can't wait to see what happens.. :)

Serum 10.02.2005 03:42 PM

I can do some speculations in case your interested..?

:D

aqwut 10.02.2005 03:43 PM

So what's the Maximum Wattage this motor can put out..? why the heck is it ! 4000 Watts..?

Serum 10.02.2005 03:54 PM

peaks can easely reach 5000-5500 watts.

Dafni 10.02.2005 04:00 PM

Oh my goodness

Serum 10.02.2005 04:04 PM

better stock up on some parts aqwut..

And move to Utah.. Oh land of space..

Dafni 10.02.2005 04:10 PM

Yeah, you better find a salt lake.

Can as well lock the steering :p

I can imagine this numbers equal an enormous ammount of torque. You must be able to run a ridiculous gearing.

aqwut 10.02.2005 06:04 PM

WOOOHOOO!!!... I like them numbers.... I LIKE I LIKE A LOT>... man.. you've just made my day.... F*CK another 2280 during X-Mas.. Gettin' a 3080-8 Turn... and gonna hook it straight to the tranny shaft.... I can't wait man...

By Years ending, I shall meet my 3080... I'll be happy if I could snap my 10mm CVDs... :) Maybe I'll fry the tranny... YES!!.. that would be nice....

Wow.. my maxx is gonna be over 25lbs...

2280 Peaks at 5000+ watts..
I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight....gonna run 2 packs of 12S 8000 MAH

Serum 10.03.2005 01:12 AM

Okay Daniel, we officially don't need our therapist anymore.... Aqwut is in more need of one..

@aqwut; try the 2280 first, see it fly and you have to admit that one 2280 allready is absurd..

Got 23 hexes?

aqwut 10.03.2005 09:47 AM

yeah... I'll be needing them 23mm hex for sure...
the power will just strip the weeks....
so 23mm hex, alloy wheels.... should be okay....
I would say the tranny's gonna be first to go.. I think that will be the weekest link.....

Hey did lehner use to make brushed motors... I went to ebay Germany and found an auction that's selling a Lehner 3550.... It looked like it only had 2 wires....

Serum 10.03.2005 09:53 AM

that's because its a brushed motor indeed..

There are no 23 mm aluminum wheels that i am aware of.. with aluminum rims you don't need a 23mm hex either, the 14 allready is strong enough.

aqwut 10.03.2005 11:38 AM

it's not strong enough... even with the aluminum wheels... I've killed a 14mm alloy wheel already.....
Maybe the trucks just too D*mn heavy...

I could've sworn I've seen 23mm alloy MT Wheels around on the internet somewhere...

I shall go to 23mm hex... It's an upgrade that's worth doin'..

Serum 10.03.2005 11:55 AM

I guess that you did not use CNC'd rimms but molded?

aqwut 10.03.2005 11:10 PM

I'm not sure.... about this.... well.... soon enough, we will see...... them 22 series.. are they maxxed out at 65Krpm or 50krpm.. some sites have them as 50k , some as 65K....

Serum 10.04.2005 01:12 AM

Don't go above the 50K, they will get pretty amp-thirsty in the higher RPM range..

A large motor isn't meant for high rpm's, it's meantfor it's torque..

The 65K is for the highamp versions.
