Looking very good. But where can I get my hands on some windows for Baja? I've got a savage conversion, and I could use some tinted windows. Any ideas?

I have been running the Baja in sand that’s a little wet and have found that it builds up in the inside of the rim, it makes the rim very heavy and unbalanced and because of this the Hex’s and hex pins aren’t liking it at all. I have got hold of some 24mm hex bar so I can make some hex’s to the length I like and sort out how the pin’s fit, might either go with 2 pins or 1 bigger one. I could even move the pin closer to the outer end of the shaft.

May even make up some longer drive cups so that the load spread’s the hole length of the hex.

Thanks for the tips on the windows by the way. Forgot about that. :)

And you should maybe get some dish rims, if possible? Or even fabricate some sort of shell to protect the rims?

No worries mate.

I might make some wheels scrapers, that should help keep the sand out.

Got myself an Eagle tree data logger, still learning about the info it logs and i'm sure there are a few guy's on here that can explain it.
