It would be nice to hear something on this. I will assume however that with the bash coming and in progress, may not hear anything for sometime.

BUMP^^

come on Mike, its been more than 18 months :surprised: since the start of this thread and the 'sneak peak' at your slipperential.

What's taking so long?:neutral::neutral:

lol no doubt, lawyers charge by the hour. I hope and pray you have a friend doing this patent

They were visible and raced at the bash - they looked great...

I heard about 4 months ago that he wanted to see how the E-maxx E-revo tranny's were mounted, the plan was to make it universal, if possible. Personally, I'd like to see the V-1 tranny with the V-2 motor mount for Losi LST/associated MGT conversions. The only thing else that would be needed, would be an adapter plate

I think that since this thread started the "slipperential" has evolved a bit. It started as a setup for only the G-maxx chassis. then there was a V2 that was going to be for the g2R chassis. I think both of those have basically died becasue this whole brushless thing has moved more toward the 1/8 buggies and truggies. Enter the latest version that replaces the center diff on the 1/8th scale stuff. This is what they have worked on developing and is in the process of being tooled for production.

It just seems long because the direction kept changing allong the way.

Any word on what size spurs can be used with the slipperential?

jhautz 10.01.2008 11:55 PM

The newest version is 46T I believe. It can pobably run a larger spur than that, but I dont know if they are tooling up for larger suprs than that.

jayjay283 10.02.2008 12:48 AM

46t would be perfect for the 8t, I need this

I'd love to get one, but i remember now that it leaves me no where to mount the esc. I have a quark 125 on a RC-Monster esc mount, right now
