RCX Expo???
 

Went last year but I took the wife and kids and had to leave early because they got bored. This year I'm ditching them and going alone on Saturday,:yipi: starting to save up now.

Anyone else going?

I'm going as well. I think we should all set a approximate time to meet up at Mike's booth. Would be cool to meet other forum members. So far I know MetalMan and JohnnyMaxxima.

I think I'm probably going to go Saturday, though I may go both days.

I can't make it on Saturday, but will be there working with Mike on Sunday.

Make sure you guys stop by and say hi to Mike while you are there. RCM and FLM will have a joint booth at the show.

Sunday for me as well. My boss at the LHS wouldn't let me take that Saturday off, even though I asked for it two months in advance.

Hmm...Now I'm not so sure. I want to go Saturday to help Mike out on the day the other helpers that I know of WONT be there, but I do want to go Sunday to say hi to everyone and because a few people that are thinking about coming along can only go Sunday...

you might wake up Saturday morning with a wicked case of lepercy (the strain that lasts 2 days) and be good to go back to work on Monday...sometimes its just easier to not ask for a day off, but to wait till the day and call in....

I can't be there on Saturday, so I'll be heading there on Sunday. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys, and definitely stopping by at Mike's booth. :yes:

Mike is the MAN. You know what they say "It is easier to ask for forgiveness, then permission".:yes: Just call in sick, and hopefully your boss will not be at the RCX. That would be tooooooo funny.:lol: I wish I could go, but the trip from Brussels is just too much for a two day event. Maybe next year.:whistle:

Many of you know that I work for Hobby People (retail store for Global Hobbies), which is one of the main sponsors of RCX. Normally my boss would be working RCX, but his daughter's confirmation is on that Saturday... and there would be consequences if he weren't to attend that.

Unfortunately I can't leave the other employees hanging. Lately we've been a bit understaffed, and I know how much it sucks when one guy doesn't show up.

Oh, and I only work Friday and Saturday. School consumes the rest of my time :angel:.
