Neu shipping? Takes a long time?
 

So is it normal for it to take over 23 days to get a battery from Neu?

That was the first thing I ordered and have orders about 6 products after, I have recieved everything except what I ordered from Neu.

Its hard to keep talking crap to my Nitro buddy when I can't get my battery to back it up.:whip:

I got a hold of them. they are out of stock. It still does not indicate that on the website.

She thinks they will be coming in next week. Thats crap... I upgrade to Nue because the battery I originally wanted was out of stock.

I could of ordered from Tower, saved $30 and got an almost equivlent battery to my house in 3 days.:grrrrrr:

There was mention of this problem a few months back- if you order direct from Neu on their website, they dont have a stock status indicator- meaning the item you ordered may or maynot be in stock. The cells come from overseas I believe, so you may end up having to wait a long while for them to get back in stock, and then shipped out to you. :(

35 days.. and still waiting.:grrrrrr:

I'm so pissed.

it took a LONG time for me to get my 4s and they were in stock. I waited about 10 days from the time i placed the order. imo, they don't have great customer service at all.

Now that i have it, i no longer even plan to use it.

what pack did you get?

i called last week on friday and they said that the 4s 5k 25c packs were in stock, i didnt order as i will get it from RCM but i really was hoping to find out if the motors would be shipping to him anytime soon.....:whistle:

it's a 4s 4100 neuenergy 30C same kind of pack Sunny used to break the sound barrier. :gasp: :lol:

I ordered the 30c I hope, hope, hope... they did come in last Friday and have been shipped...

sure...i was gonna put it on ebay in the next day or so. It's brand new, so i'm hoping to get a good price, but i can cover priority shipping if you want it..

Ok I'm doing weekly updates...

Still no battery, by the end of this weekend it will be 42 days.

Here is a summary of my contact with Neu...
After 23 days I started contact...

* I was told my the batteries came out of stock while it took 3 days for my Paypal to clear.
* I was told they would not get the battery till next week. I waited 1 week and 3 days before next contact.
* I was told it must be held up in customs.
* When complaining about how there is no indication of this type of wait or an out of stock statis I was told. An email went out to all orders placed. I never recieved an email.
* When asked if I wanted to speak to someone else about this I said 'yup'. That person was busy and would call me back in a few minutes. There was never a call back.

I don't believe the paypal story, I don't believe the 'coming next week story', I don't believe the customs story, and I don't believe the emails have been sent out story. All it is, is excuse, excuse, excuse.

I should cancel my order. I sure wish there was a hint of honesty about this at any point of the transaction, I would of canceled and went some place else. The next week excuse held me on I guess. What do they care.. just collect peoples money.. who cares if you don't have a product or even have a clue when it will be in.... You got the money thats all that matters....

I'm not holding my breath for it... I'm still waiting for a reply from Mike about my 1527s... I'm thinking of cancelling my orders.. I wonder what's goin' on with them?... That's a long time for your batteries man..

Its taking a while right now for them to catch up. I got more 1521's that came in and 1527's are suppose to be on there way which I ordered a while back. Also the 2215's are being built in the next week or so is what I was told cause I'm waiting for one as well. Just have to be paitent.
