shhhh.... b-p-p.com (troy) is the other site like RCM I rank up there for customer service - Unfortunatly/fortunatly he didn't get any MMMs in version 1.

I like to support the little guy who offers great value and service... He's always done me very well and hence I keep tabs and visit everyone once in a while.

I love BPP. Troy has always been great. I got all my 18th scale hop up stuff from him, and have gotten a couple of 1/10th MM systems from him as well.

does any one know the max rpm these motors can take? like could i run it on my revo with 6 cells and just low gearing.

cause if its like a neu motor it should be able to handle it fine.

Given it is paired with MMM I think they will be fine on 6s...

it works good. but i need a esc that has more amps lol. this motor draws a lot more then i thought it would.

never mind it was the motor. motor is gone. the esc is fine. this sucks im going to go into the corner and cry and beat my self for not cutting holes in the body.

but i can say for the 5 mins i was driving it. OMG! i love it. hahah

BPP blows that guy Troy still owes me $140 from a MM and BEC he never sent or refunded. Been over 40 days now !! Between him and and the Monster I have $320 of Castle Creations NOTHING this summer. :party::diablo:

Troy is usually good about getting the product to his customers and if he cant he will refund you, I had an issue with a NIMh pack for my RC18 and I told him to send it to me when hr got it in which I am still waiting on, and since it was only $25 I am not too worried about it but in your case I would ask for a refund

Yeah I did ask for a refund, weeks ago, Im sure he will get around to it, I just like to bash the old fart for slacking LOL Id probably buy from him again even though this didnt work out. Im so cheap no way I could pass up a $100 MM with free shipping

I have been waiting for a refund from them too. I sent back two lipo packs that wouldn't fit my e-revo, he said they had a 30 day return policy and would give a full refund. Been waiting since the 6th, hopefully he will get around to it soon. :whip:

took 3 months to get my charger. i was happy though cause when i got it, it already had v1.5 loaded into it. and i got it on their memorial day sale so with 7% off and free shipping i got it landed for $150 :)

PS CC are now indicating more like late Sep due to Olympic Games (i.e. Chinese plant shutdowns /limited working)...

The word I have heard is that the Chinese Govt has ordered a shutdown of factories that are located around the Olympic village ( a lot of them) IMO so things like pretty for the foriegn visitors.

I think that is my next option. I will probably send him one more email letting him know that I will be going that route if I dont hear back from him. I just find it odd that he was fairly quick on replying until I sent the package back. Now I cant even get an email response and he has had the package for 3 weeks now.

You can never pay me to buy from him again. In fact, the guys here (on base) will not be buying from him either.

Well I still haven't haven't heard from Troy so I opened up a case this morning. Amazingly paypal now says funds pending and a refund has been issued. Guess he doesn't really worry until you file a clain.

He does have great prices but his service is a little lacking :surprised:, not the first issue I have had with him but the first time it was this bad. Other times were just slow shipping or not having the item in stock even though the site said it was.

Anyways just happy to get some $$$ back. Now maybe I will buy a Slash with it.

Funny isnt it, you can email him 5 times telling him you are going to open a paypal case if he doesnt respond, he doesnt respond, but when you do open a case he instantly gets your money back. Sort of like an irritating forced savings account with no interest lol. 40 days later you get to buy something else, somewhere else :wink:

I wouldn't say funny, but I am glad that my first paypal claim went quickly. Still a little irritated that it had to come to that though.
