So if you don't mind telling... :whistle:What was the total on the V1 casualties vs. how many were made/shipped?

i guess people were right.. once he makes a post he has 2 pages of questions! any ideas if mikes order will be completely filled??

All open orders will be completely filled.

We are making enough to cover EVERY order on the books, replace all the repairs, and hopefully have enough to cover any additional returns (we are keeping 100 on hand for V1 replacements.)

Thank u very much for the good news. I have 2 V2 on order. BTW, please reserve 1 more for me :yipi:. I have to get off my lazy bum & send my non working V1 in.

If they survive torture test in hot & humid Malaysia, I'll be getting a bunch more ! So far, V1 has held up well until its sudden demise. So, things look promising indeed.

Great news. I haven't had any problems with my v1, but once the new ones are all settled I will send it in for the newer version.

I quickly read through here but couldn't find the info on sending back the V1. Is Castle replacing all V1's no matter if they have a problem or not? Sorry, searched the site and couldn't come up with the answer.

Yes, Patrick stated in a post that you can return your V1 but won't get the V2 until the people with broken MMM are taken care of first.
