If your transmission had a heart. Which color would it be Blue or Red?
 

Which one red or blue leds. This is a maxx tranny I put the revo shaft in and made one side out of lexan and also a copy of the G1 motor mount. I'm going to create a thread in the emaxx forum about it when I get more time. For this thread I am curious as to which color turns out to me the most popular of the two.

Blue or Red? The red doesn't have the G1 motor mount I made of lexan installed but the blue does and it reflect the light of it pretty cool. So picture the red with a reflection also. If you can.

Red for me...the heart is always red!

I guess it depends on the color scheme of the rest of the vehicle. I would say red though...

BTW: if you want more of a glow, try scuffing the face of the plastic. But do it to a piece of scrap in case it doesn't look good. :smile:

I guess I was asking in more of a generic way. If you looked at them which one looks more alive. AI not a living organism. That really doesn't seem to fit either. To me blue would be AI and red more of like whats above red alive, growing, etc.

Too bad there aren't any black LEDs yet. Of course, you could paint some black, but that might hinder the lighting effect.

Just a tad, lol.

Something like glow wire might provide a more even light pattern, rather than LEDs.

Red is my favorite color.

Anyway, to clear the plastic, get a lighter or any open flame and heat it up. It will get rid of the haziness.

i say put both in and make it purple
