is FLM arms any good, seriously?
whats everyones opinion on the FLM arms I know this is thier little section so it might bias, but try not to be. I mean are they tough, good looking, finished nice? thanks.
oh im deciding on the integy type 2 arms or the fastlanes ones thats why I ask. |
Id say go FLM, they look good, are durable, and have a lifetime warranty! From personal experience i say integy is junk, dont even waster your time and money on them.
are the FLM shiny?
Yes, if you look at mmdooleys pics in the BL forum, you can see how shiny they really are!
here is the link to his thread : http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...&threadid=1625
wow ok those are pretty shiny not to shabby I guess I will get them......
Yeah, you wont regret it, and if you manage to break one arm you can get a free replacement:)
Look abit chunky. Whats RRP?

RRP is the abreviation of Robinson Racing Products, unless you mean something else.

It will look really look goo when I get it to a roller. I just peaced it togather so you could get an idea. I got the wrong hybrids and thats why it's not put togather.
Thanks and I recommend FLM!! |
I really like that chassis hope to get mine this week man thats impressive so that holds 8 cell/side if I remember man that is freaking cool I was wondering where are the battery hold downs and how do they go on?
I am going to post a thread with pic's because I can't see how they go.
That truck looks totally awsome.
MMDOOLEY - How much does it weigh?
Have not had a chance to weight it. I will weigh and post.
Thanks RCHIPPIE. |
When i got my chassis it looked real solid and heavy but its realy light. Probably not that much more than stock considering its aluminum and 1 inch longer.
Dooley, have you mounted your servos yet? When i did the screw holes for the shifting servo, evx, reciever, and battery straps were upside down, I had to put a screw in from underneath the chassis and put a nut on top so that it could hold the servo. Do you have the same problem? |
Dooley, just a head's up but one of the front arm's are on downward's.
Nice chassis, err truck. |

No I have not mounted any servos yet Basketti and Coolhand, but thanks for the tip. Thanks for the heads up Sneeck, I have broke the chassis down and sent the hydrids back for exchange (got the wrong size). Hope to get them Saturday :)
