Has anyone ever ordered packs from flydma.com? They basically have a suspiciously good deal on NeuEnergy packs right now.

I'm eyeballing the 3s 5000mah 25c packs for $59.00. because I need a pair for my Truggy build. Do you think the batteries have been on the shelf for a long period to time, hence the sale? Or will they sell out immediately after I post this?:oops:

You could google them and see, but I say SUPPORT THE MONSTER!

I will be supporting the monster. But at $59 for a 3s, 5000mah, 25c pack I'd be pissed if I had missed this one.

Unless you bought them already, you're SOL...they're gone.

I think I just got them in time. At least, they took my money so... time will tell.

Those are all great deals on the packs they have left. I'm quite happy with my Neu packs I have.

Well, the pimp is the proud owner of a nice neu 5000 5s pack and a 1515 2d... Just have to sell the gearbox that came with it...

For those prices you just can't go wrong...

I was actually thinking of calling them up and seeing if they'd sell the 15152d without the gearbox. Then I thought maybe it was a bit high of a KV for 22.2v. Insane deal though.

The gearbox will sell fine on rcgroups... I figure 45 shipped for it. So that will drop the neu price down to around 100 bucks. Sounds good to me. That and the 5s pack will make a nice power system for the muggy...

Do you think it's worth me doing the same for a MBX5T on 6s? I was thinking 1800KV or thereabouts would be ideal.

I know the flydma guys, they are a solid company. Let me know if you have any problems.

I prefer 1600 kv for 6s setups... 1800 is a bit close to 40k rpm... And that can cause gearing issues in some vehicles.

I have bought 2x 3s, 2x 2s and a 5s 30cs from him, cool dude ! had them within 3 days all wired up and wrapped in styrofoam ready for me to mess up, all 15 cells are great and run like new, I charge and balance everytime with a 610iduo, 50+ runs and going good

The only thing that's freaking me out now is that I don't see any packs on Neu's website that match the measurements that were listed on the 3s 5000mah packs I bought.

They had the length listed at 142mm on Flydma for the pack... but I don't see a match anywhere.

btw I wanted that motor (2d with the gearbox) so bad! post pics taking it apart & shizzle. I want to see that gear box, does he have more, whats that shaft like ? 2d is a sweet motor, the D just has some low end grunt to me

I believe you bought the car version of the packs, which is a shorter length and taller height pack.

Flydma is awesome. I bought a 11xx Neu for my vendetta some time ago. I was going to get a motor, but they said the gearbox couldn't come off... Guess you guys proved them and me wrong. I was also eyeing a lipo but thats gone now too... haha

Flydma used to be Neu's main selling partner, but Neu stopped dealing with them. Now they are discounting all the stuff.

Just made an order myself...2 X 5S 30C 4100mAh packs. Hard to beat the price on them.

I made a pretty large order, but as soon as I paid all the packs were gone from the store.

Just got an e-mail that my Paypal payment was accepted. I guess that means what I ordered was definitely in stock.

plus 44 bucks for the gearbox... That is why the motor has not sold. I picked up a 1515 2d and will have to take the gearbox off...

Cool, I checked my email today and got confs too. I was worried as it kicked me to paypal, I went back in another window to look at one of the packs I was ordering one more time and it was gone. I ordered a bunch of stuff, so freaked out thinking it had sold out as I was browsing around putting stuff in my cart. I paid the paypal anyway thinking wtf, at worst it gets refunded.
All went thru, packs are sold out tho. Yeah for me.


As I side, I wrote in the shipping notes wtf w/ the shipping cost. It was ~$45 for what I ordered. He said he would refund the diff from the actual.:party:

I asked flydma if they could take off the gearbox for me. They said the gearbox is very hard to get off and the shaft will be very short afterwards....:neutral:

I had seen that 1515/2d with the gearbox well before Christmas and didnt purchase cause with the additional cost it wasnt that great of a deal and Neu was blowing out a bunch of "special deals" at that time so I went that route.

I have heard this, I guess we will see. I do not mind being the guinea pig on this, as I have always wondered...

funny i just saw this thread. i saw the crazy deals on flydma.com on monday by chance. i have bought the neuenergy packs from them in the past as they had the best deal on 5s 5000mah 30c at $227 back then but for $119 on monday i bought 4 of them. i plan to keep 3 of them and was going to sell one of them. pm if interested. i decided to get these neu packs because my current enerland XQ 5s 5050mah 30c packs are a bit too heavy. they are sweet though. only packs i have ever found with 8ga wire. serious packs. i have 2 i plan to throw on ebay and have been used less than a dozen times each. pm if interested. but as far as the neu's from flydma.com they were great in the past. i am just sad i got there too late to find a Neu motor i needed. i did pick up a HV Phoenix ESC though for like $137 instead of $269 or something like that. great deals were to be had there for a while.

I've been watching their prices and got a pair of 3S 25C 5000mah car packs as they call them. My dumb ass forgot to add the 5.5 bullets I wanted. I emailed them and had several email back and forths with Steve. He got me fixed up and mine are shipping today.

I have a set of 2S 25C 5000 Neus I bought used here and they have proven to be the best lipos I own. I didn't hesitate when I saw the pricing Tues night! Awesome deal!

I have 1 of the 3s 5000 25c neu lipos and it has been great. Definitely a good buy! I wonder what his stock looks like now? Seems like the rcm crew cleaned him out...

to me, it looked like a "going out of business" sale. i didnt ask him that when i talked to him on the phone but those prices were so low it just seemed like he was trying to get whatever he could for his stock before going under. idk, i could be totally wrong on that. maybe just a killer sale.

I believe they just are no longer stocking Neu stuff.
