This track is at a local firestation near the NY/NJ border - about 20 mins away from Barnstormers where previous events were held.

The facilities are great, including pit tables, powers, water, compressor, "real" toilets, automated sprinklers and great food all day.

Here is a picture of the track:

looks like a fast track for sure

Arct1k 06.29.2010 09:43 PM

It looks wider in the photo than it is and there are enough bumps to slow everyone down...

mckrill 07.01.2010 08:21 AM

Wish I could fly over and join...

This is why I support CC!!!!:party:

E-Revonut 07.23.2010 12:25 PM

Unfortunately I have to back out. A life long friend of mine is getting married and his bachelor party is the night of the race. If it was about an hour closer I could still manage to do both, still might but chances are that I won't be in attendance

brushlessboy16 07.23.2010 05:47 PM

Boo! have fun with the strippers:party:

stum 08.08.2010 10:02 PM

Any updates? Everything still a go?

HotnCold 08.09.2010 06:46 AM

Still a go... Looking forward to matching faces to the names.

I do want to come, I just don't want to spend all the money on gas and entry fees and not even be able to stay for the mains. What's the tentative start time? Earlier the better! 9 or 10AM would be great, I'd have to leave by 4PM at the latest to make it back in time.

HotnCold 08.10.2010 06:42 AM

Ill check with Mike today - and see if we can get the earliest time that we can get them to open the track and the facilities from the staff @ the track. I know that we will be there by that time for sure but starting @ 8.... that may be another story..

RC-Monster Mike 08.10.2010 12:36 PM

We won't start racing until 11am most likely, but the race director is very organized, so the day will flow very well. I hope you can make it, Joe - the strippers will usually stay late, so even if your late to the party you should still see the best part of the bachelor party. :)

brushlessboy16 08.10.2010 02:14 PM

For anyone who's interested my home track, Trax70 Rc speedway is racing on the 29th if anyone is staying for the weekend :)

What is a nice hotel near the track? My brother actually lives in Montgomery.. going to make it a weekend and visit his family on Sunday.

No strippers, just a 23 passanger limo bus, bar hopping and consuming large amounts of alcohol. Still undecided on making the trip, I have already confirmed my spot on the limo bus and I need to make that departure so leaving at 4PM is a must for me, 3hr 15 min drive,so I can make it home and then to his place by 8PM

Arct1k 08.10.2010 11:32 PM

Well thats 5 hours of racing - Give us your classes and we can stack the mains in the right order...

E-Revonut 08.11.2010 01:45 AM

I will be racing electric truly and an SC10 w/ 13.5 ( whatever class that falls into).
