inox-schrauben.de

It's German but they also sell international I believe. I've got great experience with them, they ship very fast and there screws are nice :)

Fastenall

I'm sure the other suggestions are good, but I've used RTL several times and the quality is equal or better than the expensive $1.50 4-screw packs you get at the LHS. And shipping is pretty fast too.

I also use boltdepot.com as a source. They're the cheapest and willing to ship to military personnel stationed overseas like me.

Bolt depot

I also use the "BoltDepot.com" after Lito suggested them like two or three years ago. You can't beat the price and their Grade 12.9 hardware is the bomb. I usually order the 100 piece boxes of each size that I need, and after having ordered a few $100 lots from them I now have about 5,000 pieces of 3mm & 4mm nuts, bolts, & screws for our R/C collection. The quality is top notch and it all looks very professional installed. You can't go wrong with Bolt Depot.

FYI: I just got an email from RTL Fasteners where shipping is free for orders over $100. Also, enter coupon code JANDD during checkout and get 10% off the order. Offer expires 1/11/2011.

It would have been better if they are willing to ship to a military address.

I just did a random comparison between McMaster and Bolt Depot, McMaster wants $5.34 for a pack of 100 M3 x 20mm socket cap head screws, BoltDepot wants $6.63, and for all various lengths, McMaster is cheaper than BoltDepot.

Also, the hardware I have ordered from McMaster is Camcar brand, and is made in the USA. For larger bolts (1:1 applications), all of the stuff I have gotten from them has LE stamped on the head of the bolts, and I know that LE brand is also made in the USA. I'll stick to buying from McMaster because they are cheaper and sell hardware that is made in the USA.

for what grade level?

The pricing sounds great, but for what grade level? Are they all 12.9 grade hardware? If they are lower grade, then they will not hold up as well. Just asking...

Yep, they are grade 12.9. With McMaster you can pick all of those options. The great thing about McMaster is they have damn near everything, there are lots of options to pick and choose from, they almost always have whatever it is you need for hardware.
