30S 400A Brushless ESC..

I need 29 more people to want one before MGM can build this for me.. :)
Any takers..

Sounds like a light motorcycle ESC! Depends on the price I would say...

aqwut 03.08.2011 08:52 PM

if I can get 30 people, would cost ~30% more than the MGM 40063-3 X series.. Not bad at all.. but for one unit, would cost me >2000 Euros..

Yes, I'd be interested. But I'm kinda waiting for Jerry2kone and what he can work out with them for US repairs/support since he lives there now.

A 67hp speed control?

Sounds cool, what are you going to do with it?

aqwut 03.08.2011 09:26 PM

brushless pocket quad.. LOL..

brushlessboy16 03.08.2011 10:13 PM

Post this on the Endless Sphere E-bike forums, they run 70+volts all the time.

Cody.McP 03.09.2011 02:42 AM

Assuming I can find a motor to pair it with and a price tag of about $1250 I think I'd be down for one. I've been wanting to make a good eBike for a while.

DrKnow65 03.09.2011 10:04 AM

Will it fit in my 1/10 4wd buggy ;-)

If only I knew enough to make that use for RC.... that's awesome though..

Might be a tad large for RC at 4.2kgs for the 500A

Looks perfect for a brushless kart I've been thinking of...foot throttle as well! Thanks for the link Harold

It would work great on a scooter. They also have a specific wheelchair contoller for dual brushless motors. (wheelchairs all have 1 motor per wheel)
But it's only 24v 100a. Only 1200 watts per motor. That's what my current chair is rated, just brushed.

Could always use 2 controllers? Just have a throttle for each hand.

Let's all help _paralyzed_ build the highest voltage/fastest Wheelchair... Who's in?

Just had a flashback of the movie with Tom Green "Freddy got Fingered", the girlfriend in the rocket powered wheel chair eager to brush her teeth with his.....
