Has anyone ordered from them recently?

yes ..... after her christmas they need some time for send the packages ......

It was Chinese New Years the weekend after last.

Their packages should be arriving shortly.

Not Christmas.

No Christmas next year is how long it'll take to get them processing in time.

They have been processing my order for two weeks.

I've got an order too thats been processing for a while. Its going to take some time for them to send these things out after a week off. They can barely keep up when they are open, but with a week behind and new orders coming in every day, its going to be a while.

Woo hoo my order has been sitting at U.S. Customs since thursday:whip:

Sometimes the orders take a while, but I have always received what I paid for and orders have always been 100% correct.

I know.... It's been about a year since my last order but this is a bit worse than I remember.

I get it. If I order from anywhere in the u.s. I anticipate the package. When I order from overseas I just kind of put it out of my mind because you just never know when it;s going to arrive:lol:

I remember the one time I ordered from HK, and it came the following week.
Has never happened again, so far.

I guess if anything we can share through this thread to see how everyone is receiving their orders:lol:

Hmm can't find my previous order emails, but it took at least a week to process the order.

Used to be the order would ship in a day or two, something has definately changed over there. Now by the time an order arrives I've forgotten that I ordered it. The last one was full of good stuff, it felt like I won a prize when it arrived....

Dont you guys order from the USA warehouse? Its over by seattle.

LOL, you'd think that would be the better route...

I dunno, I'm always ordering obscure stuff that doesn't seem to be stocked in the US.

+1, I once ordered on a Monday and it was in my hand that same Friday, not sure how that happened and it was from their Chinese warehouse. :neutral:

I always get the items within a week of ordering, as long as the items were in stock. It's just sad that the items arrive quicker to me from China than it does from US. Mind you that Detroit is only 45 minutes away. EMS get's to me the same week sometimes if I order during the weekend.
