One of the savages has a Picco .27 in it I believe. The other is probably a stock engine with a aftermarket head on it. I think its a Golden Horizon head...

lol, too good to be true, guy is refusing to sell. What can i do now? If i can make him sell it to me, he'll smash up the cars and give me garbage. The description is crappy enough for him to get away with anything. hes asking $800 for it!

Report him to Ebay. If he wanted $800 for it, he should have set a reserve price.

Just report him to ebay and let them settle it. If you bid 2000 and then changed your mind that is what he would do.

Regardless of description, he has photos. Copy the photos (just in case the auction page goes away) and take screen shots of the auction page.

This way, if he smashes up the cars, he will violate auction terms.

Then, tell him that he legally must send the items and they must arrive in the conditions shown in the pictures and described on the auction page - tell him that if they arrive any other way or if he does not send them it is a CRIME.

Find out his address and calculate shipping that has a confirmation of some sort, so that if he ships it, he is left with proof, meaning that he has to have something to show you to prove you shipped it (this way he can't pull the "I shipped it but can't prove it trick")

Lastly, contact ebay (do this as you are talking to him). He will get an alert and know that you are serious about it.

Stupid Question, Why risk your EBay rating or even getting kicked off with idle threats? Also, Why risk Charges for Terroristic threats? Last question and not meaning to insult, Why do you insist on doing things the hard way? OH yeah, i never sent payment yet. I was going to do cash on delivery, cuz he lives just an hour away. I was going to pick it up. Terroristic threats? How is telling him that hes breaking the law a terroristic threat? I actually knew a cop guy who lives near him. Should i ask him to scare him a little, or would it be insulting to the cop? I cant lose anything at this point. He doesn't have much pictures at all, and they are pretty small.

Yes, it is illegal for him to relist the item. If in your auction he didn't list when the payment was to be received by, then you essentially have as much time as you need to pay him.

No kidding... I don't think EBAY will be happy about this, if it's the way it sounds. No doubt they will cancel the new listing at the very least.

yay! guy actually sold it to me! Problem is that my startbox wheel keeps hitting the chassis and doesnt touch the flywheel. It also seems as if the motor is too weak, even though its built for 1/8th scale! WHAT TO DO!?!?

i can get otmoving, but the motor seems too weak, i push it agaitns teh starter box and it turns bout once every 3 seconds. I might have been rubbing against teh chasiss, which woudl explain why ti was so weak
