So when is the ''BASH'' ???

Anyone know anything yet. I really want to get it on my calander.

Any news? Proposed dates? I'm assuming the location will be the same.

At this point I'd almost say make it in the fall so people have as much time as possible to work out the detials and get there.

Dafni 04.19.2007 09:17 AM

Last "date" mike told me was somewhen in September (hey, is there a word like "somewhen" at all?? Thought I heard it, but it looks weird)

Yeah, I agree, fall would be cool.

jhautz 04.19.2007 09:46 AM

September would be good.

It's not a word according to M$ Word, maybe you are thinking of "sometime"? ;)

skellyo 04.19.2007 10:34 AM

jnev 04.19.2007 06:10 PM

I didn't know it was a word... but am I blind or do I not see a definition.

sjcrss 04.19.2007 06:10 PM

LMAO...that is some funny stuff

Dafni 04.19.2007 06:21 PM

Oh man, I never knew :) I learn this english thing by picking up stuff, so don't blame ME! LOL

But thank you Brian, I'll try to remember.... "sometime" sound better anyway!

squeeforever 04.19.2007 08:27 PM

September isn't really that good. LATE July or early August would be MUCH better since school wouldn't have started yet...

A4DTM 04.19.2007 08:32 PM

so what was the last location? and jhautz, wanna carpool?

Heck yea.

crazyjr 04.20.2007 11:38 PM

sept. would be great for me. I hear last year it was unusually hot at mikes home track, thats my problem here in the south, nasty hot. so hot here you burn in the shade

poconoblmaxx 04.26.2007 06:04 PM

It was really hot last year at the barn:013: Maybe this year the bash could be more bash oriented. Last year was cool but it was one heat after the other of racing then everyone went home.

sjcrss 04.26.2007 06:23 PM

yes it was pretty hectic that day....hopefully it will even better this yr..

cemetery gates 04.26.2007 08:19 PM

Hopefully I will get to go to this years bash. It should be lots of fun! I'm sorry I missed last year...

Bye:018:

BP-Revo 04.26.2007 10:34 PM

Damn...I can't get to the east coast...looks like MetalMan and I are going to have to set up a West Coast Bash :D

MetalMan 04.26.2007 11:12 PM

Sure :).

JOHNNYMAXXIMA 04.26.2007 11:24 PM

Don't forget, we get the Worlds Fastest RC Car Shootout over here and they don't. If your in to that kind of thing anyway. I know I'll be there. You guys going?

MetalMan 04.26.2007 11:41 PM

Do you know the location and date?

JOHNNYMAXXIMA 04.27.2007 12:11 AM

Saturday July 28th 2007.
It will be at California Speedway in Fontana right off of the 15 freeway.

BP-Revo 04.27.2007 12:38 AM

I'll be there.

Hopefully my CRT.5 will be done by then, and I'll try some crazy gearing and see if I can clench a record myself... Or maybe with the G2R...last years record was only something like 66mph...The 1950/6 should be stupid fast on 5S or 6S for a speed run.

I think someone should go with a Micro T lol...

squeeforever 04.27.2007 08:25 AM

I would definately do that if I was going. A Micro-T with 4S LiPo and a nice BL setup should do the trick..

MetalMan 04.27.2007 04:04 PM

I'll have to remember that date and location. It would be interesting to take my Revo there and see what it could do, with 10s2p A123 :). That is, of course, assuming I could get a motor and controller to support it.

jnev 04.27.2007 08:22 PM

Well, depending how far away it is from where I live, I may be able to make. :)

If it's the Monster Truck class you are refering to, it was 61.9mph.

MetalMan 04.28.2007 11:46 AM

Wow, that's pretty slow... Promod is past 80mph I think.

jnev 04.28.2007 12:59 PM

Well, I changed that. Southern California to be more exact.:005:

BP-Revo 04.28.2007 01:18 PM

62...pff...that is pretty slow...

I just got another crazy idea - just for the speed challenge, I'd drop my 1950/6 in my CRT.5 and get a 20T pinion from Mike and run it on 5S or 6S. :D

I just hope my motors get here already...I've been waiting for my 1950 for ages...someone over there likes taking they sweet ass time.

Well that explains why on another forum he was really pushing for an east coast event.:027:

And don't forget, that was set by a (gasp....) NITRO! Electrics will be representing this year, you can be sure of that.
