buggy forum area

dond't u think that there should be a buggy forum area cause waslooking for buggy con versions the other day and it was hard cause there was no specific area to look for them:eek:

Serum 05.05.2007 10:21 AM

erh, that's not the layout of the rest. It's savage, revo etc. and then a buggy.

it wouldn't make sense to do so, it would only work if the other names would be scaled into trucks, truggies, buggies.

It's always hard to make a good layout on a forum, i think an entire thread with 'conversions' would be a better option.

i agree with that:027:

Serum 05.05.2007 10:30 AM

Yeah, like i said, it's hard to make a perfect layout. What seems logical to one, might look odd to the other.

That makes no sense....Because as it is, it goes Crawler, Jato, Gen. Electric, Gen. Nitro, TRUGGY. In that order....

jollyjumper 05.05.2007 11:15 AM

if there is truggy why not buggy, many people have a buggy on here.

squeeforever 05.05.2007 02:11 PM

I know...I think we should make one...

Serum 05.05.2007 02:16 PM

yeah, HPI savage, traxxas Revo, Buggy.. It's a seemless line up..........

Serum 05.05.2007 02:30 PM

Sorry, i didn't realized there was a truggy forum allready. I agree; there should be a buggy forum too.

1bhutch 05.05.2007 02:47 PM

i was about to ask why we could have a truggy but not buggy

nativepaul 05.05.2007 04:49 PM

I found a lot of buggys in the brushless section if thats any help to you.
I also think we should have a buggy secton.

jnev 05.05.2007 06:39 PM

A buggy section would be great. But then, would you post your BL buggy conversion in the "brushless" section or the "buggy" section?

nativepaul 05.05.2007 07:09 PM

Mine is here in "General Discussion", I started it before I read through hundreds of pages and realised that most were posted in "Brushless".

I will put my completion thread in the Buggy forum if we have one by then.

BrianG 05.05.2007 07:18 PM

Well, if a buggy section was created, some Mod would be spending some time moving over the various threads...

squeeforever 05.05.2007 07:59 PM

Of course Brian would be the one to bring that up...

BrianG 05.05.2007 08:10 PM

Glad to help. :)

squeeforever 05.05.2007 09:07 PM

I think we should make you a mod just so you can help, since you brought it up and all. :)

BrianG 05.05.2007 09:47 PM

No no, that's OK. I'm sure you'll do a fine job of it. :)

squeeforever 05.05.2007 10:13 PM

Wow Brian, your willingness to help is so overwhelming...

BrianG 05.05.2007 10:19 PM

lol. It's not that I don't want to help, it just I don't think I'm worthy. :)

squeeforever 05.05.2007 10:54 PM

Right....You keep telling yourself that...

BrianG 05.05.2007 11:01 PM

You're just trying to make me feel bad because you don't want to do it! ;)

squeeforever 05.05.2007 11:38 PM

Pretty much...

captain harlock 05.06.2007 01:30 AM

I also think Brian should become a moderator. Your quite good, dude!

Serum 05.06.2007 02:54 AM

I completely agree.

My vote also goes for Brian as a mod.

Can i use my veto in this?

1bhutch 05.06.2007 07:16 AM

whats a moderator?

jollyjumper 05.06.2007 07:22 AM

one that keeps an eye on the stuff on the forum.

1bhutch 05.06.2007 07:29 AM

i see

Serum 05.06.2007 07:44 AM

basically nothing more than a normal user, besides the 75 percent discount from Mike.

squeeforever 05.06.2007 12:30 PM

Yup. :D

Serum 05.06.2007 12:38 PM

Or was it 85? i can't remember..

squeeforever 05.06.2007 12:49 PM

I think your right. It is 85%.

jnev 05.06.2007 12:51 PM

Oh man, you guys are so lucky. If I had that discount, I would already have everything I need for the buggy... plus another couple rc's.

captain harlock 05.06.2007 01:08 PM

Is that real?

75% discount?!!!!

Serum 05.06.2007 01:16 PM

No, it's 85. We pay next to nothing.. Sometimes when Mike is in a good mood, he sends it for free!! Being a Mod ain't as hard as it looks..

1bhutch 05.06.2007 03:35 PM

no wonder u can aford to do so many projects

jnev 05.06.2007 03:38 PM

I was thinking the same thing 1bhutch. Do members get some sort of discount at all? Maybe over a certain amount of money?

You wouldn't happen to be able to help a fellow member with buying some things for a little cheaper of a price, would you? :)

1bhutch 05.06.2007 03:44 PM

i agree that would greatly bost my conversion project:004: :027: :005:

BrianG 05.06.2007 04:24 PM

Holy crap! 85%?!?! :dft002: That can't be right, is it?

Serum 05.06.2007 05:31 PM

LOL This is too funny..

I even get PM's over this 85 percent madness......

No guys, I/we are only joking.. there is no way we get this unbelievable high discounts..

ofcourse not.

But this thread has got the potential to be one of the most enjoyable threads to read..
