MGM ESCs initial setup - beeps not happening..
 

Hi Guys,

Managed to get the ESC hooked up now and trying to initialise the ESC.

I pull the throttle all the way forward and switch on the ESC and wait there for 10 seconds for the 3 expected beeps.. but nothing!

I can see the ESC powered up and comms with my PC is fine.

Any pointers?

do you have motor connected? ESCs beep through the motor :)

Yup, got the motor connected up and running.

You have probably got the signal to your esc backwards. If you servo reverse the throttle on your radio, and reverse two of the wires on the speed control to the motor, it will probably get you corrected.

Cool! Followed your instructions and it works! I reset-ed my servo settings on my m11 and switched 2 wires on the speed control, the motor beeps as required now. Thanks myndseye!
