Very slick, I like!

MTBikerTim 02.13.2008 07:52 PM

That app is slick. You renderings are sweet too.

thanks guys. tim, i can send you the template if you'd like.
I'm thinking about trying for a mechanical design/drafter job very shortly, so hopefully having this online will help me land a job.

Very nice. I like the Rustler chassis. How much would a mount simular to the RX8 mount be, but for a Serpent?

A4DTM 02.13.2008 08:38 PM

I can't do machining myself, but i could easily modify that xr8 mount to fit your car, just get me the major dimensions, and i can email you the files.

Both cars are the same. I'll see if I can mount a Hacker C50 to it.

neu 1515 fits.. just barely. and mechanical brake has to be removed, or else it'll hit the motor, before the gears mesh. just pm me if you want me to email you the files. and what format.

The 1515 you mentioned is with the fins or with out? I will not use the mechanical brakes and I just measured the diameter of the C50 and it's more like 40mm then 45. I sent you a PM.

I only ran it with a smooth can. gimme a min and i'll check finned. finned 1515 = 44mm, max dia of space on car = 48.5mm

That's nice. I think the normal 15 series are 39mm in diameter.
