Lipo Parellel and Series

whats the difference? and how is it connected? For example 2 2s lipo packs. I need it to be 4s lipo packs. Pictures would help a lot.

Hi,

Series increases the voltage(2s-7.4,3s-11.1 ,4s-14.8...), parallel increases the mAh(1p-1100,2p-2200,3p-3300,4p-4400...)...
